He told me he saved the default picture to his computer and sent it to me, so I'm not sure if the profile was private or not when he got the photo but I'll text him and ask about it. I think, like me, he just assumed it was his brother considering the similarities between the two of them (they do look alike).
And no problem with the questions. I'd rather someone ask me questions instead of saying I manipulated a photo myself (if I had those skills I wouldn't be using them on photos of Davey...trust me,lol).

I'll be honest and say he was just messing around on myspace and just did a search and found it. We were joking around about AFI and he was telling me that if Davey was taken I could always take the brother if he's just as good looking (it was also a joke between us and my fiance). So he had the bright idea to go searching on Myspace...and he happend upon that particular myspace (I wanna say he just did a search for Michael Marchand but I am not sure).

Actually it's San Diego, Alabama (LOL) which is supposed to be California. It happens a lot with myspace pages because people only pay attention to the city and not the state. A couple of my friends who live in San Francisco have San Francisco, Alabama because they didn't change the state. It's also a way to keep people from searching for your page.
But eitherway, the guy in the photo is good looking lol. At this moment I am going to believe it's his myspace. There was a little message next to his photo that was a play on his last name (which is Marchand--Davey's real last name) and it put March-and Band.

But you are right about seeing 3 different photos of his brother and they are look different.

Thanks for the kind words. I went ahead and delected the photo (yet it's still showing up on buzznet,lol). If the photo was manipulated, I honestly didn't know (I don't even know how to use photoshop) and I didn't appreciate how rude the person was to me considering I had never talked to her before.
